Explore Our Unique Farm Stays!

Event Spaces That Adapt to Your Vision

We offer multiple flexible venues, each with its own character, to match the needs of your gathering. Mix and match them as you wish.

Whether you’re envisioning a romantic outdoor wedding, a corporate retreat in the fresh country air, a creative workshop, or a family reunion surrounded by rolling pastures and friendly animals — our spaces can be shaped to fit your imagination.

Each corner of the farm has something special. There are open lawns for ceremonies. Shaded groves are great for picnics or photos. Covered spaces are available for dining, meetings, or performances.

Our goal is to make your event flow naturally with the rhythm of the farm. Morning light fills the Pavilion for breakfast meetings. Afternoons shine golden over the pastures for casual mingling. Evenings become cozy and warm by the fire pits. You can keep things simple and rustic. Or, you can add your own décor and design elements. This will create a more polished experience. We welcome your creativity.

Our climate-controlled indoor room is ideal for gatherings that benefit from a contained, focused space. Use it for:

  • Retreats, workshops, seminars, or breakout sessions
  • Strategy planning, board meetings, or small group education
  • Weather back-up for ceremonies or presentations
  • Quiet moments or small group conversations

It offers basic AV support, comfortable seating, and a cozy, rustic charm that complements the rest of the farm.

For guests who stay overnight, we blend lodging with event flow. Your gathering doesn’t have to end at sunset. Our RV sites and covered wagons are integrated into the farmscape:

RV spaces with natural grass, lots of shade, and connection to farm life

  • Covered wagons tucked near the event zones but with privacy

  • Fire pits, benches, and pathways linking the lodging to the event zones
  • Evening mingling around warm light between wagons and pavilion

These lodging options give your guests a chance to stay close, soak in the farm ambience, and wake up to animals nearby.

A beautiful covered outdoor gathering space overlooking our pastures and animal paddocks, the Grand Pavilion blends openness and shelter.

It’s ideal for:

Ceremonies or vow exchanges with the gentle presence of grazing animals in the background

  • Group meals or receptions under soft lighting
  • Presentations, speeches, or live music

  • Lounging zones, cocktail hours, games

With its open sides, the pavilion allows fresh air and scenic views while protecting from light rain or sun. You have the freedom to decorate, arrange seating or standing layouts, and customize the flow.

Outdoor Gathering Spots & Pasture Edges

We have lovely shaded lawns, garden corners, and pasture edges. These areas can be informal breakout zones, photo spots, or casual seating. Let your event flow organically from Pavilion to pasture to nature.

Rustic Amenities That Support Every Detail

To make your event easy and enjoyable, we offer rustic amenities that fit the farm setting. This also allows space for your creative ideas.

Shade & Natural Surroundings

Our grounds are designed to be as functional as they are beautiful. Shade is abundant, from trees, pergolas, and overhangs. The natural grass underfoot adds softness and authenticity—you won’t feel like you're walking across concrete.

Seating, Tables & Lighting

We offer sturdy wooden tables and chairs that blend with the rustic aesthetic. String lights, lanterns, and soft ambient lighting options can be installed to set mood and warmth. You can also bring your own decor elements to personalize the look.

Audio-Visual & Presentation Support

Basic AV equipment is available: a projector, screen, microphone, and sound system. Flip charts, easels, and whiteboards can be provided upon request. For events that need connectivity, we offer reliable Wi-Fi access in the primary event zones.

Restrooms & Facilities

We maintain clean, comfortable restrooms close to event areas. For weddings or large events, we can coordinate portable restroom trailers if needed to ensure guest comfort.

Parking & Access

Ample on-site parking is available for cars, vans, buses, and RVs. Drop-off and guest circulation paths are clearly marked. We make ingress/egress convenient so no guest has to struggle with back roads.

Vendor Setup & Support
You’re welcome to bring your own vendors—caterers, florists, DJs, etc. We have designated staging zones, utility access for vendors, and loading/unloading areas. We’ll coordinate with your team so logistics run smoothly.

Gift Shop & Guest Touches

Your guests can visit our farm gift shop. There will also be a smaller pop-up version during your event. The shop features handmade items, farm-themed goods, and small souvenirs. Every purchase supports the farm and invites guests to remember the day.

Animal Interaction Moments

Since the farm is your setting, you can add short, supervised animal interactions to your event. This can include cow cuddles and sheep meet-and-greets. These become magical micro-moments—photo ops, calming breaks, or even themed reception interludes.

Sample Flow for a Wedding + Stay

Your officiant, readings, vows, rings. Pasture and animals as living scenery beyond the aisle.

03

Cocktail Hour & Animal Interactions

As guests sip, small groups rotate through supervised cow cuddles or sheep greetings near the Pavilion or garden lawn.

04

Reception & Meal

Move to dining layout under the Pavilion. Music, toasts, dancing, led with warm lighting and ambient views.

05

Evening Social & Firelight

After dinner, guests may walk to wagons, gather around fire pits, or linger outdoors to chat under the stars.

06

Guests wake in wagons, RVs, or tents, enjoy quiet farm sounds, perhaps share a morning animal meet-up before departure.

  • What is the guest capacity for your event spaces?

The Grand Pavilion can comfortably host up to ~120 seated guests (or more in mixed seating/standing). The Indoor Room suits smaller groups (20–30). For weddings, the adjacent lawn and pasture edges may expand your flow. (Exact capacities depend on layout—ask for a site plan.)

  • Can we bring our own vendors (caterers, florists, DJs, photographers)?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring licensed, insured vendors. We’ll provide vendor access, setup zones, and coordinate with them on logistics. We do not mandate in-house vendor restrictions.

  • Is there a rain or backup plan?

Yes. In case of light rain, the covered Pavilion protects your event. For heavier weather, the Indoor Room serves as a backup ceremony space or retreat. We’ll help you plan contingencies.

  • Do you provide decorations, tables, chairs, or lighting?

We offer basic wood tables and chairs, string lighting, and ambient lighting options. For specialty decor, you are free to bring your own or hire a decorator.

  • Can guests stay overnight on site?

Yes. We offer shaded RV sites with natural grass and hookups, and covered wagons tucked near the event zones. These lodging options allow guests to fully immerse themselves in the farm experience. (Tents also possible—ask for details.)

  • Will guests have access to animals?

Yes—under supervision and at scheduled times, guests can meet, pet, or have short cuddle sessions with cows, sheep, and other farm animals. These interaction moments are woven into your event flow.

  • How does parking and access work?

We have ample, well-maintained parking for cars, vans, buses, and RVs. Drop-off points and guest circulation paths are clearly marked. We guide traffic flow so guests move smoothly from parking to event zones.

  • Are restrooms and facilities available onsite?

Yes. Restrooms are located near the Pavilion and lodging zones. For larger events, we can arrange for restroom trailers. Vendor prep areas, power access, and utility zones are available.

  • What is required to book a space?

Typically, we’ll ask for your event date, estimated guest count, layout desires, lodging needs, and vendor information. A deposit confirms the booking, and we’ll walk you through timelines, permit considerations, and on-site logistics.

  • What decor restrictions apply?

To protect the animals and environment, we limit certain items—no confetti, glitter, balloons, or toxic materials. Live flames (for candles, fire pits) must be managed carefully and approved ahead. We’ll provide a decor guideline to help.

  • How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking weddings or major events 9–18 months in advance; smaller gatherings can sometimes be scheduled 3–6 months out depending on availability. Lodging and event flow are tied, so early planning is optimal.
