CANCELLATION POLICY:  NO REFUND if cancellation is 3 or less days prior to your stay, 50% refund if cancellation is within 4-5 days of the booked date.  100% refund 6 days or more prior to booking.  Cleaning fees and taxes are refundable, your room rental will become a donation.

Our fully furnished farmhouse has everything you need, excluding a TV, which can be added or brought along. Enjoy free Wi-Fi during your stay! Positioned between our pastures, the back offers an expansive view for cows and mini horses, while the front yard welcomes piggies, peacocks, and turkeys. It's truly an animal lover's dream, making it the perfect Snowbird rental.
