Weddings at the Sanctuary with Covered Wagons!

We're thrilled at the prospect of being a part of your wedding or renewal of vows celebration. Rooterville holds a magical ambiance, and our commitment is to make your wedding spectacular and unforgettable for everyone involved. Rest assured, we'll go above and beyond to treat you like royalty!  What adds a unique touch to choosing Rooterville for your wedding is that ALL proceeds go toward providing love and care to our rescued animals!

Our wedding packages start at only $2,495 off-season and $3,495 in-season for up to 50 guests. Off season includes July, August and September. The peak season is October-June. We understand the importance of staying within your budget, so let's connect to customize a package that suits your needs. Additional guests are welcome at $15-$20 per person, and our venue comfortably accommodates 150-200 guests. Join us for a tour of the venue grounds, then secure your date online with a non-refundable $500 deposit, and we can arrange payment plans to align with your budget.

At Rooterville, we specialize in happy endings! Your wedding rental includes a full day's use of the sanctuary, overnight stay in both covered wagons and the farmhouse (11 AM to 11AM), access to the restroom trailer, and use of the sanctuary grounds near the wagons throughout the day. The rental package covers the venue, covered wagons, farmhouse, and restroom trailer. Additional items like furnishing packages for tents, chairs, tables, etc. can be added.  Extra nights in the wagons or farmhouse can be arranged as well.

Enjoy a reception unlike any other as guests interact with our friendly animals.  You are welcome to bring your band, caterer, bar and whatever you need to have a great time under the stars or during the day.  The only thing that we ask is that you not host a Luau style barbeque. 

For the ultimate wedding photos, you can request a Highland Cow or Mini Horse appearance!  Our friendly animals are always ready to give you memorable pics!

In spring, our butterfly and rose gardens near the wedding gazebo add a magical touch with blooming flowers and butterflies. We continuously enhance our sanctuary to ensure it's the most special place for your once-in-a-lifetime experience.  Booking requires a $250 non-refundable desposit to secure your date.

If you wish to include your pet in your ceremony, we can make it happen for just $50.  If your pet stays overnight, we'll have to charge a $75 extra cleaning fee.
