We love visitors! All tours are by appointment only! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a tour today.
Our animals are our greatest ambassadors! They are fun to be around and quickly show all of our visitors that every animal has an individual personality and feelings, not so different from more common pets like dogs and cats. In fact, pigs outrank dogs on the intelligence scale. The best way to understand this is to meet them all for yourself. It’s an experience you and your family will treasure for a lifetime. Rooterville Sanctuary Visits are FREE!
Our 30 acre sanctuary has pot-bellied pigs, farm pigs, cows, horses, chickens, turkeys, goats, and more. Come out and make new friends! Take a look at our beehives and beautiful butterfly garden. Sanctuary tours are on appointment only.
Tour our barns for the opportunity of a lifetime to meet the animals! You will hear the incredible stories of their lives before they made it to Rooterville.
Our animals are friendly and approachable. Pigs love to have their bellies rubbed! You will get the best photos to share with friends and family. A golf cart is available for anyone who has a walking impairment.
General tours are free, but we would greatly appreciate a donation of $10 per person or $25 per family to help us feed and care for our wonderful animals. For $20 per person, you can book a tour with our founder, Elaine West.

Rooterville Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast:
Spend extra time and experience the daily cycle of our animals. We offer two quaint rooms and breakfast in the main farmhouse, available at $150 per night.
Sleep in the Rooterville Barn:
Your kids will love this! For an up close and personal barnyard experience, you can sleep in our beautiful screened-in, dry barn. The barn has a bathroom, microwave oven, refrigerator and ceiling fans to keep you cool and breezy all night long. We supply the sleeping cots…you just bring your own towels, mats and bedding. The roosters start crowing at around 2:30 AM so ear plugs might be a good idea as well. We provide coffee, a simple breakfast, and shower too. Barn stays are available for $50 per person per night for adults and $10 per night for kids. Small group rates are also available.
