    Good Enough for Guests Green Salad

    Ingredients

    • 6 Cups Salad Greens
    • 1/4 Cup Walnuts chopped
    • 1/2 Red onion small
    • 1 Tart green apple large
    • 3 Tbsp Seasoned rice vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp Orange Juice

    Instructions

    1. Combine salad greens, walnuts, oninon, and fruit in a large bowl.

    2. In a small bowl or cup, mix vinegar and juice. 

    3. Dress the salad with the mixture, tossing thoroughly, just before serving.
